How is implementation priced?
Implementation is scoped to your environment and priced at a flat rate across three tiers based on the number of agents deployed, systems to integrate, and level of workflow customization required. Milestone-based payments are tied to Kickoff, Configuration, and Go-Live — so costs are structured around progress, not time. No surprises, no hidden fees."
What are consulting minutes?
Consulting minutes are your billable hours with Robi — Strategic Briefings, live Q&A sessions, deep-dive analysis, and real-time recommendations. The same experience you'd get from a $500/hour partner at a top firm. Your retainer includes 60 minutes per user each month. Plans increase to 90, 120, and 180 minutes per user. Additional minutes are $5/minute.
What's the difference between Expert, Executive, and Exclusive?
Expert ($2,500/mo) deploys 2 agents to solve your most pressing problems. Executive ($5,000/mo) runs a full engagement across 5 functional areas with a dedicated success manager. Exclusive ($10,000/mo) gives you the full workforce — all six agents — plus a custom agent built around your specific operating procedures.
Can I start with just one agent instead of a plan?
Absolutely. Most companies start with the agent that solves their biggest pain point — Robi will tell you which one. Individual agents range from $1,250 to $1,750/month. When you're ready for more, the plans offer significant savings over à la carte pricing.
What if I need more users than my plan includes?
Additional users are $25/month each beyond your plan's included seats. Expert includes 5, Executive includes 10, and Exclusive includes 20. Organizations with 100+ users qualify for custom volume pricing.
